Page Rank Updated…Good News for Some, and bad for Many

On Jan 10th Google Officially update its Page Rank database. There were many ups and downs occurs in different websites. This time many many websites which was at Page rank greater than 5, now becomes to Zero , People are still carious why this is happening.

But there are also many websites which are just 2 months old and got Page rank 3,4,5. Like this site. I started it on Nov 20th 2006 and today at Jan 12th, i can watch the Page rank of my website is now 4.

How to Get Page Rank

Many people think that there is no need to worry about Page rank. But in case of earning, there is a great value for Page Rank. Because google’s PR calculating algorithms are based on its own provided logic “Page Rank” . The more backlinks from high PR websites you have, the more chances for you to get a higher Page Rank.

Then, there comes another factor, which is the quality of the backlinks. Of Course if the backlink is coming from a relevant content website then its a good backlink and may have value more than the unrelevant backlink(even if it has more PR).

The backlinks can give you a reasonable Page rank and you can sell your adspace to other peoples on a better price. You can also go to adbrite or TLA(text-link-ads) because they will reduce your work to search for link buyers.
